  well after they delivered my mattress and bed. I realized they switched mattresses on me. it's not the same mattress I laid on in the store and bought. this is a more firm mattress and it's not comfortable at all. when I called Russell he claimed its same one. but I took pictures when I was in the store and it's not the same.. I did file a report with BBB and I'll probably end up taking it to magistrate court in a suite. because I feel I was ripped off. at least give me the mattress I paid for not a cheap piece of crap!!
